Freshman Alyssa Runyan has been nominated for NJ.com’s Girls’ Basketball fan poll. The poll allows fans to vote for the player who they would most want to take a last minute game winning shot. Out of ten players in the Burlington County area, our very own, Alyssa Runyan, has made the cut. “I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that I was selected for the fan poll considering that I am a freshman. To be noticed in this way gives me hope that I can excel further in my high-school basketball career over the next three years”, Runyan said. The freshman is currently in second place, earning over 3,770 votes. Everyone is free to cast their vote; however, voting ends on Friday at 5 P.M.
