DHC Manager Leaves Healthy Foods by Choice in Last 3 Weeks

With just three weeks remaining in the school year, Dining Hall Manager for Healthy Foods by Choice Kimmy Watson has left the company.

Choice Foods owner Karen Gosik, who formerly managed the Dining Hall before Watson, said that the departure was “not planned” and occurred on Monday.

According to publicly available information on Watson’s Facebook page, Watson is the new Food and Beverage Manager at Ramblewood Country Club and Seven Tap-Tavern. Watson did not respond to requests for comment.

With only three weeks until Healthy Foods turns over the Dining Hall to SAGE Dining, Gosik told WordsWorth that she will be managing the Dining Hall for the remaining time period: “If anyone has any questions or concerns, they shouldn’t hesitate to talk to me.”

It was announced last month that Healthy Foods by Choice will be replaced by SAGE Dining Services as MFS’s food service provider.
